Just a note: we tried to register baby TWICE. The first time, the Government office didn't have the "book" that they needed because it was in Belize City (?) and the second time, the clerk pointed out that Dr. Raju forgot to stamp the birth record. Sooooo, we have to wait till the end of October to get poor Mia's birth certificate because both doctors are in I N D I A!!! LOL

You know that in England, you only have 2 weeks to register the birth! We think that Mia should be sent to live in England with her Tia and Uncle, where her birth can be registered and acknowledged without any fuss!!! Place in a jiffy bag and forward to this address........PLEASE.

According to the office clerk, we have a month and after that have to pay a $5 processing fee. Ay ay ay. My poor baby doesn't legally exist yet!
