Luckily, the weight has been dropping off quite easily, but it's still early days and I'm sure it will start to slow down soon. I was 185lb just before birth and am now between 163-165 two weeks later. I already have to stop wearing most maternity pants since the waists and belly areas are too big, but my hips and thighs are still nice and chunky. I'll have to dig out my regular "fat" clothes this weekend.
